Who we are
DUSK Handoff is provided by DUSK Technologies, the trading name of Dan Mackenzie, a sole trader, of Brownshill Road, Stroud, Cotswolds GL6 8AS, United Kingdom. Support: support@dusk.solutions. General enquiries: hello@dusk.solutions.
The service
DUSK Handoff lets agencies collect, review and approve client website content and export it as a build package. It does not host, publish or deploy websites.
Accounts
You're responsible for your organisation's account, who you invite and the roles you give them. Client links give access to one request only; keep them as private as you would a password.
Your content
Agencies and their clients keep ownership of the content they add. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service.
Plans and payment
The free trial lasts 14 days. The paid plan is £99 a month, billed in advance through Stripe, with no VAT added while DUSK Handoff isn't VAT-registered. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the paid month.
Acceptable use
Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, malware, or anything unlawful, and don't try to access other organisations' data.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but can't promise it will be uninterrupted. We'll give notice of material changes to these terms or to pricing.
